1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Ocean Finance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Regulatory Compliance & KYC/KYB
Access to our capital solutions, tokenized trade finance infrastructure, and liquidity pools is subject to strict regulatory compliance, including adherence to guidelines set forth by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. All users and entities must pass our rigorous Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes. We reserve the right to deny service or restrict access at our sole discretion based on compliance risk.
3. Onchain Transactions & Risk
By interacting with our smart contracts and using the OCEAN RWA token, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with cryptographic systems. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from user error, compromised enterprise wallets, or misdirected funds.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore. Ocean Finance and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
